I am a printmaker originally from Los Angeles and currently residing in the Bay Area. I draw inspiration from my experience as a first generation Iranian American. I use motifs from Persian tradition, food, mosaics, and rugs to explore my connection to my culture.

I am a risograph teacher and studio assistant at Tiny Splendor. I work primarily in risograph, relief, and screen printing. I publish all my own zines, comics, and art books by printing them using risograph, screen printing, and relief techniques. I table at local Bay Area zine and art book fairs, as well as Short Run in Seattle, and Los Angeles Zine Fest.

I also teach a cultural ceramic hand-building series at POT Studio LA. The series explores participants’ Iranian culture to create candle holders, dishes, and bowls for their Persian New Year Haft Sin. This beginner-friendly haft sin pottery series teaches students to create their own dishes to use for their Persian new year spreads.
